- The Infected is doing a massive overhaul of the game for 2022, you can see some of the planned changes via their Trello roadmap.While the complexity of most of the changes requires months of wait before release, the map overhaul was actually spliced off and will be released early. While it’s not on the main/live branch of the game yet, you can access it via the Beta Branch as of earlier this week.
- Derelicts developer Romain will be featured on Unreal Engine’s weekly livestream, Inside Unreal on March 10th at 7 pm GMT. You can catch it on YouTube.
- The Gold River Project has released a new YouTube trailer demoing some of the Alpha gameplay footage.
- Starsand seems to be settling into an almost monthly patch push for their desert based survival game. These patches not only address bugs/fixes, but frequently showcase new & fun content as well. They also posted this adorable video of their new office digs. Congrats team!
- KeepUp Survival seems to be the catalyst for many a game from its developer. Along with KeepUp Survival (KUS), the Dev is also developing KeepUp Pirate and KeepUp Hunter– and just recently announced KeepUp Survival- Alone.
- Road to Eden is now spinning off into a bit of a ‘sister game’ in the form of RTE Worlds, to be developed alongside RTE. While RTE was ported to Unreal 5, RTE Worlds is being made specifically to take advantage of the improvements/enhancements UE5 brings to the table.
- SCUM seems to be progressing nicely towards upcoming (one day) patch .7. I appreciate these Development Updates they push each week.
- Northern Lights is now updated to Version .6 – which not only implements some important audio changes & critical fixes, it also pops the game into Sale status for a limited time!
